3.⁠ ⁠Sweet and Tangy BBQ Sauces: Applied towards the end of smoking, the sauce caramelizes and enhances existing flavors without making the meat too sweet or soggy. Available as sides for dipping in various flavors.

Charl and the team at OMZ’s are bringing American style BBQ flavors to South Africa! Everything we had was great! My personal favorites were the smoke pork ribs and pulled pork. We had a large group and other favorites were the pulled pork, brisket, and chicken wings
